Lee Meriwether – 86

After becoming Miss America in 1955, Lee Meriwether entered the world of show business and became notable for acting in projects like Barnaby Jones. Her performance in this ’70s crime-drama earned her a Golden Globe nomination twice and an Emmy nod once. Perhaps attending high school with iconic singer Johnny Mathis was a sign that she’s also destined for greatness.

Science fiction/fantasy cult productions also helped Meriwether establish her name. She even played Catwoman in the Batman film of 1966 and had a co-starring role in The Time Tunnel series. The last time we saw her on the screen was in the 2019 movie Love & Debt.
