Meg Ryan – $10.9 Million, Soho

Taking into consideration the 9th successful home renovation project Meg Ryan has completed, she can well trade her acting career for that of an interior designer. The 4,100-square-foot modern black and white Soho loft features no less than thirteen windows and as many as eight closets in the master bedroom. The property boasts ebony wooden floors, a gallery, exposed brick walls, and floor-to-ceiling doors.
