Giada De Laurentiis – $3.2 Million, California

For years, TV personality Giada De Laurentiis lived with her then-husband, Todd Thompson in this posh $3.2-million home in Pacific Palisades, LA. The two-story house covers 1,600 square feet of the estate and it is obviously designed to be the couple’s personal dream abode.

Its amenities include a balcony attached to the master bedroom, a roof deck, a full kitchen, living, dining, and family rooms that lead to an herb garden. Outside is a fire pit and limestone terrace. The couple divorced in 2015 and Thompson got the house in the settlement. Giada opened a new restaurant in 2018.
